Estamos interesados en los intercambios recíprocos entre arte, arquitectura y naturaleza, nos seduce la construcción conceptual del espacio más allá de su realidad física y las relaciones inesperadas que se pueden suscitar tomando como referencia un marco artificial: el sótano de la galería Luis Adelantado.
Hemos imaginado una vivienda ajardinada infinita, el hito intelectual de la casa imposible, una puesta en escena protagonizada al mismo tiempo por los visitantes y el deterioro de las especies vegetales que también le habitan. El programa arquitectónico se ha reducido a los artefactos que definen una actividad, de este modo encontraremos una estufa, un sofá, un sanitario, un restirador, un librero, un comedor, una cama y un perchero distribuidos alternamente en el damero definido por la retícula estructural. Esta vez no trabajaremos con una naturaleza idealizada, hemos convencido al taller de paisaje entorno a diseñar los jardines que habrán de morir, mostrar los secretos procesos de deterioro, trabajar con la descomposición y exponer las especies vegetales como un organismo vivo, que se repite infinitamente en espejos perimetrales. 4 cámaras fotográficas documentaran el deterioro vegetal, los movimientos de los visitantes y la transformación del espacio cada minuto durante el periodo de la instalación. Con esta información y los desechos de la instalación se producirán 3 piezas artísticas: 1. Fotografías impresas. 2. Video en fast motion.
3. Montaña del residuo orgánico y el mobiliario utilizado. Buscaremos que el mobiliario utilizado para la exposición sea donado para tales fines y que la vegetación sea extraída de un parque en mal estado de la zona, de lograr ambos objetivos el presupuesto asignado a la instalación será utilizado para rescatar algún espacio público de la ciudad de México (Parque, glorieta, camellón, etc.). Undernatural. Es una palabra con significado libre de interpretación.

We are interested in the reciprocal exchanges between art, architecture and nature, conceptual construction of a space seduces us, more than its physical reality and the unexpected relations that can provoke by taking a reference an artificial border: the Luis Adelantado gallery basement. We imagined an infinite garden housing complex, the intellectual milestone of the impossible house, one placed in the protagonist backdrop by both the visitors and the decay of the vegetation that also habitat it. The architectonic program has been reduced to the artifacts that define its activity, with this method we find a stove, a couch, a drafting table, a bookshelf, dining room, a bed and hall-stand; alternatively distributed within the checkerboard structural grid. This time we are not working with an idealized nature, we have convinced the workshop with landscape design around the gardens which will eventually die, showing the secret processes of decay, work with decomposition and expose the species of vegetation as a live organism that infinitely repeat like mirrors. 4 photographic cameras documented the vegetation decay, the visitors’ movements and the spatial transformation every minute throughout the period of the installation. With this information and the byproduct of the installation, 3 artistic pieces will be produced: 1. Printed Photography. 2. Fast-motion Video. 3. Pile of organic residue and the used furniture. We shall seek that the furniture used in the exposition be donated for such purposes and the vegetation be extracted from a park in bad conditions, by accomplishing both objectives, the assigned installation funds will be used to rescue some public space in Mexico City (park, roundabout, ridge, etc.). Undernatural is a word signifying free interpretation.
